Surely, you’ve seen all that before.
Cracked and sandy surfaces, paint that peels off, joins of low quality. Often you don’t see it immediately but still they make you feel uneasy.
It’s lacking: I feel comfortable here – I’ll stay here
In the winter there is a draught as if the windows were opened.
When you touch the walls with the luggage and you want to clean off the black marks you remove the whole paint.
That isn’t really necessary.

When plasterworks are carried out by specialists they are long-lasting, robust, look good and you can paint it easily with the right paint-system.
Good plasterworks begin with good preparations.
First we define the purpose: Bathroom, garage, kitchen, hall, stairwell…
We must analyze the background or the undercoat: brickwork, concrete construction, gypsym drywall, wood……
We protect the sensible parts: Windows, tiles, wood beams, doors……
According to the undercoat we carry out the treatment: Porosity, smooth, sandy, soft, hard and homogeneous……. Now we fix all the special things like the corner beads.
At least we apply the desired plaster in the way you want: fine, rough, smooth, mechanical or by hand.
Different types of renderings: Lime, cement, gypsum machine plaster, one coat mineral render, waterproof mortar, decorative mortars……
Then we embed glass fibred mesh to reinforce the mortar coat and to avoid cracks. We form also well the joins which means we do cuts, silicone joins, acrylic joins or shadow grooves.
After drying, 1 day per 1mm thickness of the mortar coat we can begin to paint.
Now we have a homogeneous, non crackling and dry undercoat for a good paint-system.
Example:
Mineral Lime render Type Tyrolese monastery 1 coat mineral sealer 2 coats silicate paint
Gypsum machine plaster type modern smooth 1 coat acrylic sealer 2 coats acrylic paint
In order to get a good finish we remove all the strips and the plastics. We clean the building site, so that the owner only has a eye on the good work and not the rubbish and rubble.
